Blueribbon is built for small businesses where leadership is close to operations and important information lives across multiple systems. We often work directly with owners, but a director or department leader can also lead the project when the goal is to give management a clearer view of the business. Industry, headcount and company age matter less than whether the current reporting setup is creating a real visibility problem.
The core offer is to get your reporting system live in 30 days. During the Understand phase, if the scope or source systems require more time, we will identify that early and agree the timeline before the full build proceeds.
Projects start at $2,500. The final price depends on the number and complexity of data sources, integration requirements and reporting scope. You receive a clear proposal once we understand what the system needs to do.
No. Projects use milestone-based payments: 40% for Understand + Connect, 40% after the core system is built and demonstrated, and 20% at Launch.
Ongoing management can keep the system running, accurate, relevant and improving as your business changes. Larger expansions, such as new data sources or major new reporting areas, are scoped separately.
Power BI is the main reporting interface I use, but the client is buying a reporting system, not a dashboard tool. The work can include source connections, APIs, data transformation, modeling and, where the project requires it, a data warehouse.
You do. The reporting system is built in your environment wherever practical, and your business retains ownership and control of the system and its data. Blueribbon is given the access needed to build and, if you choose ongoing Reporting System Management, continue working on it.
Access is limited to what is required to build and manage the reporting system. Client data and reporting environments remain under the client's control, and NDAs can be signed where required. Specific architecture and access arrangements are agreed for each project.
